Review: Fantastic service, we rented a bike for 6 weeks from the south part of the island, they had no issue with delivery and pick up. I highly recommend HL for anyone looking for competitive pricing and quality bikes.

Review: Rented for 6 weeks and seriously regret choosing them. Don't get fooled by good reviews!!!

They offer "delivery service" but showed up 45min LATE. What's the point of setting a time if you're gonna make people wait forever?? Their complete disregard for customers' time is shocking.

The "keyless" ignition system is a total JOKE - had to literally touch the key to ignition to start it. The key was supposed to have a 10m range. Joke. Turned out it didn't even work when we had it in our pockets!

The scooter's battery warning light kept flashing throughout our rental period - showing how poorly maintained their equipment is. For the price we paid, this is unacceptable!

We ordered the scooter with two helmets and two rain ponchos (essential for December/January weather). The staff member arrived without the ponchos and casually told us to "buy our own at 7/11" - seriously?! Absolutely unprofessional.

The worst part: We booked and paid for rental "until January 31st" (6 weeks). The day before our return, they claimed our rental ended on January 30th, arguing about the difference between "until" and "til" in English. How can you run a rental service if you can't properly communicate in English?! 🤦‍♀️ They demanded we either return early or pay extra - trying to profit from their own miscommunication!

HL Rent Cars & Bikes Samui ist einfach top! Super unkompliziert, verlässlich und professionell. Die gesamte Abwicklung lief reibungslos, und der Service war außergewöhnlich gut. Ein Verschleißteil an meinem Bike ist eingegangen – kein Problem für das Team! In kürzester Zeit wurde es ohne Umstände repariert. So einen schnellen und unkomplizierten Service findet man selten.

Besonders praktisch: Sie liefern und holen das Bike direkt ab – bequemer geht’s nicht! Ich habe selten eine so gute Erfahrung gemacht und kann HL Rent uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service!

Review: Alles easy. Vollgetankt bekommen und genauso voll wieder abgegeben. 3000 Baht deposit haben wir ohne Probleme sofort zurück bekommen. Guter Zustand der Scooter, 250 Baht pro Tag inklusive Helm, den man meistens gar nicht trägt.

Review: Приятное общение с менеджером, доставка в срок по времени, бронировал за несколько недель до приезда, небольшая цена за отличную в техническом плане машину, опыт вождения у меня большой в разных странах, на Самуи по опыту скажу одно из самых дружелюбных по вождению мест, рекомендую. Что касаемо страховки, по местным правилам вся финансовая ответственность за состояние машины ложится на вас, к мелким царапинам не придираются, депозит возвращается после осмотра машины, для своей безопасности рекомендую соблюдать правила парковки, не нарушать частные владения, паркуйтесь в проверенных местах или спросите можно я тут оставлю машину на несколько часов, некоторые хозяева могут предложить свою территорию для безопасной стоянки. Платные парковки тоже есть от 40 до 100 бат. В целом хороший сервис и остров.
