Review: We rented a bike and returned it for a reasonable price. Once battery was over (happily near the place), and they asked if we would like to pay for a replacement. We refused and they changed it anyway - but still this leaves a strange impression.

Review: Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Auswahl an Scootern. Helm wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Schnelle Abwicklung des Mietvertrages. Vermietung auch ohne internationalen Führerschein und ohne Fahrpraxis. Wenn ich nächstes Mal auf Koh Samui Urlaub mache, werde ich hier auf jeden Fall wieder einen Scooter mieten :))

Review: Mi experiencia con este sitio no ha sido ni de lejos buena. Empezando por el trato con el señor. Tuvimos un accidente (en el cual estábamos en un semáforo paradas, y el de atrás se estampó contra nosotras), la moto sufrió varios arañazos y se rompió el retrovisor, la parte de las luces estaban torcidas pero no rotas (hasta que él las forzó para “verificar”), la placa al igual que el tubo de escape, tenía unos rasguños y estaban aboyados. Mientras le explicábamos la situación, ni el señor ni nadie nos preguntó si estábamos bien o si teníamos alguna herida, directamente cogió un papel y empezó a mirar todos los rincones de la moto, apuntó TODO (hasta lo más mínimo). Le corregimos que algunos golpes y rasguños que no eran del accidente y él insistía, hasta que le mencionamos que si le pagaba lo que él había apuntado yo quería su ID o llamaría a la policía. También mencionó que miraría las cámaras para verificar cómo había ocurrido, pero que tardaría unas semanas (cosa que no teníamos) ya que nos íbamos en dos días a otro lugar y necesitábamos el pasaporte. Total que tuvimos que pagar, y no fue capaz ni de darnos un recibo en buenas condiciones, nos dio el papel en el cual anteriormente escribió los daños y cuanto sumaba… también tengo que decir que tanto nosotras como él no miramos el estado de la moto antes de llevárnosla.
Pero este trato no lo había recibido nunca, y eso que hemos alquilado motos en peores sitios y condiciones. Este vio de dónde era el pasaporte y que éramos dos chicas y dijo “today is the day”🤷🏽♀️

Review: Great customer service, good value and excellent bikes. The owner was even honest when we called up thinking our bike had got damaged when we had parked it for a few hours (even though we did have a video of it where the scuff was, we were being daft) - he could have easily tried it on, but instead told us he knew about that scuff already. The bike and excellent service made our holiday in Koh Samui.

Review: В залог за байк требуют паспорт. За авто тоже самое. И цена ... аргумент то что возле отеля.. пройти 5 минут и никакого паспорта и цена и качество.

Review: We recently rented a new Honda 160 Click from „AA Motor Rental“ on Koh Samui for five days, and our experience fully met our expectations. At 1500 baht, the price was fair for the quality of the bike provided. Throughout our rental period, the bike performed flawlessly, allowing us to explore the island with ease.
We encountered a minor mishap and fell with the bike, the owner handled the situation with calm professionalism, ensuring our peace of mind during the return process.
We went through a transparent repair process, which involved using a form to identify necessary replacements and fair pricing for repairs. Despite needing about six pieces replaced due to scratches, totaling 5100 baht, we found the cost reasonable and fair.
In conclusion, we highly recommend „AA Motor Rental“ for their top-notch service, reliability, and fair pricing. Five stars!

Review: Rented a new click 150 from this shop - then dropped the bike and damaged it. Owners were kind, honest and fair about repairs. I paid replacement cost for panels I damaged without any extras for fitting or bike out of service time. Highly recommend, great selection of new and well maintained bikes. Honest respectable business
