Review: L’un des meilleur loueur que j’ai croisé en 1 mois en Thaïlande , la personne qui nous a reçu était incroyablement professionnelle, on cherchait un scooter avec un grand coffre il s’est démené pour nous le trouver, il nous l’a livré à l’hôtel et est venu le récupérer malgré le changement d’hôtel durant la location, du matériel de qualité et des personnes professionnelles et ponctuels avec de bons prix !!

Review: Nie erreichbar, alte Motorräder, keine Wartung. Der Saftladen wäre in Deutschland längst verklagt worden. Wir sind fast in einen Unfall geraten, weil das Motorrad so schlechte bremsen hatte.

Review: They caused the biggest scene I have ever seen. We witnessed the scamming of customers right in front of us. BNB rent asked for extra money after a superficial scratch in the plastic which was ridiculous. I know the difference between a scratch and a scam. 250 Baht seems low in the beginning but if they can, they will take more from you. I ended up renting a bike at onesamui car & motorbike 300m down the street—fast, safe, easy.

Review: Very negative experience. I cannot recommend BNB rental for a pleasant holiday.
The first 125 cc motorcycle they gave us did not have well functional breaks and was very old. Therefore, we intended to change it for a better model, but they gave us an ever worse 125 cc. During the test ride, the gas handle didn’t work properly and then got stuck due to the old and rusty condition.
I have had a Honda CB650R for years in Germany and drove scooters on Ko Tao and Koh Pha Ngan, enjoying extremely pleasant rides. After I told BNB rent that I didn’t come back for a worse but for a better model, they just replied I couldn’t drive. Instead of checking the complaints in the bike, they took away the motorcycle we rented out for the remaining days, only willing to refund one day.
BNB rent does not check their motorcycles properly, hands out malfunctioning machines, and is extremely rude.
There are many rentals with better machines, don’t make the same mistake of rentieng bad quality here.
