Review: We've just hired 2 standard ebikes for a week, and they've been great. Easy to ride and regulate speed, good up fairly steep climbs, mechanically sound, helmets and bike locks provided, charging cables provided and no problems recharging our batteries in our hotel room. We didn't fully test the battery range but, after 15 to 20km we were still showing full batteries.
Service excellent. Delivered to and collected from our hotel.
Communication via email and WhatsApp very good.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company and what a fab way to get around Koh Samui.

Review: Very good service.
After a bisycle tour we had a flat tube at the next day. We called the bicycle rental and 30 minutes later he picked up the bike and repaired it instantly.
And that without a charge.

Review: This rent shop looks nice BUT the Shop assistant do not speak a word of english and that's a real problem because it's supposed to be a service for tourists... We wanted to rent some bikes but it was impossible to communucate in any way (He really tried but we didn't understood) . So we changed our plans and left the Shop without any bike at all. Maybe for next time it could be great to have à small guiding papier.
Thank you

Review: This shop does not exist, I have been looking to buy a simple ‘pump’ and none of the bicycle shops listed near Chaweng actually exist. This needs removing from Google maps.

Review: Although the shop should be opened on Sundays (as mentioned on the internet and front door), it was closed today. No information provided, besides the contact number. Once called, the guy told us that he is busy and won't reach the shop. For me, the company isn't serious and unreliable.

Review: This was my first time using an electronic bicycle and I absolutely loved it. The staff was kind enough to explain to us how it works and answered any questions that we had. They also gave us safety helmets and safety vests witch was the first time happened to us in Asia. The bikes were in excellent condition. They have a basket in the front for all your stuff and the battery in the back that can be removed and charged at a bar or restaurant.
The roads on the island felt safe during the entire trip that we did, despite all the traffic. And the bikes ran smoothly the whole way.
Overall the service was amazing, the staff was helpful and nice, the bikes were in good condition.
It is a relaxing and affordable way to get around the island and I would highly recommend it.

Review: E- Revolution is a bicycle rental that focuses on e-bicycles and is located close to Bophut Fisherman’s Vilage. They offer a great variety of e- and normal bicycles. Different sizes and types. From Mountain bikes to Female/ Male City Bikes. The rental fee is very reasonable, we paid 250 baht per day/ bike. In case you don’t wanna leave your passport as deposit, they also accept cash, even in foreign currencies. It’s 5000baht per bicycle. Their service doesn’t stop at the threshold of the shop, you can rather call them whenever there is a problem with your bike. They will come and help you out. How I know? Because we had a problem during our trip. More about their excellent support later. The owner is an expat from .. I’m bad with accents, I would guess.. Australia. So don’t worry, they speak English.
We got one of their bicycles today to “circumnavigate” the island of Koh Samui.
We had a great time. We estimated the total length of our trip was around 50km. It took us, including sightseeing, lunch & dinner stops, around 9 hours to finish. In the case that you won the Tour de France once or twice, you might have no problem finishing the trip with a normal bicycle, but otherwise I would definitely recommend you to use an e- bicycle for this trip. Believe me, it’s hilly and hot, but definitely worth it. All the sightseeing spots of the island are located next to the ring road, meaning that you see all of the island in a day. The roads are in good condition, of course busy, but most of the time you have enough space on the left site(!) of the road. We felt safe, during our entire trip. They provide you with helmets and safety vests.
We realized during our first stop that there was an issue. We locked the bike with the chain, click.., no key.. it must have fallen out of the pocket.. Quick call to the shop, 20 minutes later support arrived on a scooter with big pliers to help us out. Great service.
Halfway through the island we messaged the shop to inform them that we will not make it back in time (5pm is their closing time), a quick reply later we knew that this was no problem.. just bring it back in the morning before the shop opens.. That was the moment we realised that if you want to cycle around the island, you better use an electronically supported bicycle. The island is bigger than it seems.
About the battery.. My girlfriend’s bike still had juice at the end of the trip, I had to charge mine during breaks. I think she used the power of the bike a little more sustainably than I did.. I give you the advise to use the electric power as support with your pedaling, it’s not a motorcycle disguised as bicycle..
We made it back two hours after closing time, surprisingly there was still a light on in the shop. Returned the bicycles with a smile. Amazing service, amazing trip. Would definitely do it again.
